Vulcanizing moulds

Vulcanizing moulds are used for direct vulcanization of rubber for textile or leather upper. Upper has to be pulled on steel last and upper has to be pasted with rubber mixture for better vulcsanization of sole. Then cutted parts must be placed on insole and last itself has to by pushed into vulcanizing station. After this, station must be closed and vulcanizing proces starts according to the demanded time and temperature. Heating of the moulds: side mould and last are heated. One pair of vulcanization moulds contains: 2 pcs. of istons-Botom mould / 4 pcs. of Sidewalls mould / 4 pcs. of steel lasts
